The April 2009 Earthquake that hit central Italy and specifically the town of L'Aquila registered 6.3 magnatude and resulted in 28,000 people rendered homeless, 1000 injured and 260 killed. The beautiful town suffered extensive damage. The University also was victim to the quake that damaged many of its campus buildings. They sent a team of Faculty to Louisiana to visit the LBTC and learn of our business disaster recovery programs. Setting these up for them will be the main mission of my trip.
